    Your quote & professional installation

You receive a clear, written quote with a fixed price. Once you're happy, the team prepares the slab, applies the coats and finishes with a hard-wearing, glossy floor — installed cleanly and on schedule.

Why surface prep makes or breaks an epoxy floor

A premium epoxy is only as good as the concrete it's bonded to. Proper preparation is where a floor that lasts a decade is won or lost — so the installers never cut it.

    Diamond grinding

The slab is mechanically ground to open the concrete's pores so the epoxy bonds properly. This is the single biggest factor in a floor that lasts — coating over an unprepared surface is why cheap epoxy peels.

    Crack & pit repair

Cracks, chips and pitting are filled and levelled before any colour goes down, so the finished floor is smooth and structurally sound.

    Moisture & contamination checks

Oil, old sealers and rising damp are dealt with first. Skipping this is the most common cause of epoxy failure — so it's never skipped.

    How long does it take?

Most domestic floors — a single or double garage — are prepped and coated over two to three days, with curing time between coats. A metallic or multi-coat decorative system, or a larger commercial space, takes a little longer. The installer confirms a realistic timeline at your on-site assessment so you can plan around it.

Epoxy needs time to cure before it carries foot and vehicle traffic, so the team will tell you exactly when you can walk on it and when you can park on it. To budget the job first, see our epoxy flooring pricing.
